This dress is fully lined and padded in the bust. A concealed side zipper up to back secures the dress in place. On most women this dress will be floor length. Smooth blue lining on the inside and sequin black outer layer. This is a great gatsby off shoulder maxi floor dress.The off shoulder sleeve is stretch netting with adjustable spaghetti strap, elegant. Hand wash only. It looks like more of a black/dark blue in person, the brighter blue shows best under bright lighting or with flash. I only wore this once for a short photo shoot, in excellent condition.
