vintage_reborn @hellodarrrling Cecico in my opinion has a lot of whimsical designs. This brand is very unnoticed and unappreciated. I had another Cecico dress that for sold, purple in color and it was like it came out of the fairytale.

vintage_reborn @tiffscute83 I believe there is another layer of fabric under top skirt, but I will double check tonight because I don’t remember now 🙂 the skirt is very flowing

vintage_reborn @tiffscute83 The skirt has lining underneath. It is not as wide as top skirt, but roomy, has A-line cut and made of nylon/spandex fabric, so it is stretchy. It is not as lightweight as top fabric nor sheer, but it moves.
