This casual dress is VERY lightweight, but can be dressed up enough for a summer work day. Cap sleeves, v-neck cut low, elastic waist, and pockets on both sides!! To wear to work, I either put a bralette or tank under it or I use a bit of double stick tape where it crisscrosses and that works very well.
