“Angie”western blue floral sleeveless dress , NWT

Angie dress , light blue with tan and cream flowers, sleeveless, beautiful crochet neckline . New with tags , size small. I bought this to wear to a wedding and it’s too small for me . Very very cute !!! I wish it fit me , I ordered it on line from Sabas and never returned it . It came with a light brown belt , but I misplaced it . :( would be cute with or without a belt .
