Animal Print Tie-Front Blouse

Tie-front high-low peasant blouse with balloon sleeves from elbow to wrist. Outer layer is sheer, with black liner over torso. Polyester/Spandex. Length is 26" from shoulder to front hem, 30.5" from shoulder to back hem. Measures 20" flat across bust. Brand is unknown. Measurements seem more like a medium or large to me, but the tag says small. I can take additional measurements if needed.
