@carolupnorthmn armpit to arm pit is approx 20in. Just under the tatas where the black band is, is approx 19in and about 4 inch lower than that is approx 21in. Hard to measure as this material is very stretchy and there is a tie around the black band which you can take in or let out. It's a very forgiving dress! Hope this helps. Happy poshing! 😊
