Animal print skirt with built in tie waist

The belt on this skirt can be worn in many different ways or not at all. Skirt is very stylish with animal print top layer and underlay that is a chiffon type of fabric peeking out of the Hem with a ruffle. The belt matches the Hem. This is a pull on waist skirt and even though size says XL would better fit and medium or large. All of my items are from my personal closet. Unless specifically noted, you should assume that measurements and sizing are consistent with norms for brands listed. I take care of my clothes and make an effort to price fairly to reflect condition and market value. I will entertain reasonable offers, but won't accept a low-ball offer.
