Hi, sorry for the delay. My little dog needed emergency surgery and I've been a mess!
I could usually wear a 2-4 in most any dress. This felt more like a 0-2. I might have been able to pull it off but the hips were a serious squeeze and the sleeves were very tight No stretch at all! The waist measures about 14" laid flat. Hope that helps 💖
