Ann Carson Blouse

Blouse is new without tags. Sleeves are three-quarter length with elastic and self ruffle. Has open embroidered lace work in the sleeves. Top has elastic self ruffle at the bottom hem. It is a tangerine color made a 55 linen and 45 rayon. From the shoulder seam to the hemline without being bloused it is about 23 inches long.
