Ann Taylor 60's Sailor Button Pencil Skirt

*Make me an offer!* Red pencil skirt with large black buttons on the front in a sailor pant style. Very 1960s style yet still looks very current. The fabric has a diagonal weave (check last pic) that makes it a very unique piece. FYI this is a petite size!
