An absolute treasure of a skirt with sweet almost watercolor-like metallic gold polka dots all over. The skirt has two side pockets and large pleating in front and an added full slip. Hook and loop closure on the side as well as, zipper access. The skirt is a tagged 8 but was tailored and therefore may have a smaller waist than expected.
