Ann Taylor Beige Canvas and Leather Tote

This is a very roomy tote that has never been used. Some small scratches on bottom and rubbing on corners (see pics). One corner also has a bit of discoloration (last pic). See pics for measurements. I am not positive the leather is genuine. There is one zippered pocket and two large slide pockets on the inside. No issues with zippers. Laptop will not fit. No stains, rips or odors.
