Ann Taylor Black Layered Skirt with Sequins Circles

This amazing skirt is lined under two tulle layers. Large black circle sequins of varying sizes are spread all over the top layer of tulle. It's adorable and fun and I only was able to wear it once before I grew out of it! Great for formal events, performances, and more!
