pretty warm (I live in Minnesota so high bar), I just have too many coats. selling the ones I've had for a few seasons I'm 5'9 and it goes a out down to my knees I'm a size 18 in pants and it fits with some room for layering underneath polyester shell and fill no damage, no rips, no stains, no fraying, zipper still works like new
