Ann Taylor Black Skirt Size 4 Petite

This Ann Taylor Black Skirt is a Size 4 Petite. It has two front zippers that have pockets. There is an elastic band around waist of the skirt that makes it stretchy. It measures 14” waist and 16” long from top to bottom. It has marks from the hanger that should come out (see picture).
