Ann Taylor Factory Floral skirt

My favorite skirt in summer. So sad it’s too big right now. I want a smaller one T.T Though it’s US 6, it will fit better as a US 8. (or even 10?) But it needs a little fix on the hook. The thread linking the hook on one side is broken.
