Ann Taylor Factory Pinstripe Blouse

Fantastic, classy black & white blouse from Ann Taylor. It’s an XL and very roomy. Worn only twice (once to an event, once to church). Great top! Dress it down with jeans or up with slacks or skirt. The gathered cuffs on this blouse are so cute.
