Ann Taylor Factory open cardigan blazer

NWOT. This could be worn as a casual open-front blazer, but I see it more as a cardigan. It's unlined, black and brown/orange tweed with fine black fringe along all the neck, open cardigan sides and base hem. There are fringe details where pockets would be, but no actually pockets. The cuffs are not fringed. It's 21 inches from neck to hem, 19.5 pit to pit, 19 inches across the waist. Sleeves are 25 inches from shoulder to cuff.
