Ann Taylor Floral Pencil Skirt 0 Black Red Rose Fall

This is a really lovely skirt with a gorgeous floral design throughout. It zips up the back and is flounced at the bottom in the back, but not the front. It is in very good, pre-owned condition and it looks designer to me! It is marked as a 0 and fits true to the brand, but to me it is more of a 2/4 (see measurements). 64% polyester, 15% wool, 11% acrylic, 10% cotton; lining - 100% polyester. Dry clean.
