The fabric is textured and beautiful in this slightly A-line midi skirt. The textured pattern is of leaves throughout. The piping is all white on front and back. Skirt is fully lined in a 100% cotton material. Skirt fabric is 100% cotton. This skirt looks expensive and is beautiful to the touch. It measures 19 1/2" in length, 18" width at waistline, and the waistband is 3" in height. Has a 8" side zipper. It is brand new!
