Ann Taylor LOFT off the shoulder romper worn only ONCE. Material is cotton but it has a denim look to the entire romper. Pockets are on both sides and there is a tie around the waist that you can adjust to your liking. Small hole near the right pocket, barely noticeable (see picture).
