Black Ruffle Sequin Top by Ann Taylor LOFT. Hard to see, but there are four layers of ruffles and sequins. The back knit section is 60% cotton 40% Modal. Woven Panel is 100% Polyester. Not new, but in good condition. Lower price due to small, insignificant hole in the back (see picture #4)
