Ann Taylor LOFT bell sleeve flowy dress

Great flowy dress with cool bell sleeves. it has tiny crescent moons all over it. the waist comes in a little. its more flattering on than it looks on the hangar, but good to wear to the office since it is a nice georgette material with a statement necklace. I dont think I’ve even worn this one so it is new for you! Women’s regular size medium. Loft. from 2019 or so.
