This sleeveless Ann Taylor LOFT blouse is a staple for summer. This blouse can be worn under a blazer or cardigan for the air conditioned office or with espadrilles and jeans for cake by the ocean, baby. Classic black and white polka dots are uplifted by a Swiss Dot affect throughout. A really nice feature is the elastic top seal which works to keep the shirt in place, not riding up or down.
