Ann Taylor Loft Dress NWT

This is a silky feeling dress that gathers slightly below the bust and features ruffle detail down the chest. It hits just below my knees. It zips in the back and has an interior lining. I bought 2 dresses to choose from, for an event, and wore the other. I held on to this one, thinking I would wear it at some point (once I lost weight 😬), but that hasn't happened.
