Not real gold or gold plated, It has tested for the stones, The pink quartz does test as that, the orange stones test in the Jadeite, Spinel range, ( I did the camera test on the stone app and it said it was Aventurine. The camera said the clear stones were Opalite and they register about 5.5 on the hardness scale. Just a bit over glass. I use the Presidium Gem Tester. It is 50in from end to end, minus the tassels.
