Ann Taylor Loft Summer Shift Dress

Hot summer days are made for this dress :) and can you imagine it with a cute pair of white or red flats or even tennies for July 4th!!! The navy blue is made of super-soft jersey with a v-neck front and a criss-cross in the back with a rich red cotton bottom.
