otterpoppy Hello- are you sure the waist is 28? I always thought a size 25 meant a 25 inch waist.

If you take a look at the note in the description above, you’ll see the waist measurement is the opening at the top of the pants, but it may or may not sit at your natural waist, depending on your measurements and the inseam of the pants. So yes size 25 typically indicates it is for someone whose natural waist is 25 inches but the pants don’t necessarily sit at the natural waist.
