Super Cute!! Reposhing this item I purchased from @itszabo. Loved it, but it did not fit. I liked these shorts so much i bought another pair in another size. Can be worn casual or summertime dressy. I purchased these shorts new with tag--they are new but i removed the tag because i assumed they would fit--I was wrong. Security Tag still attached on inside. Waist 18" laying flat and Inseam is 4" 98% Cotton/2% Spandex
