Ann Taylor Loft cotton skirt

This is a nice, cute skirt from Ann Taylor Loft, coffee brown with a built-in slip and a pleated waist. Im though it says it is an XS I would definitely say it is more of a small/medium as the waist band is bigger and has no elastic for cinching it in. If you would like measurements I’d be happy to provide them.
