clkaufmann @montanna_salts I'll check this evening. It falls a little above the knee. It's perfect for professional wear, it does not have a vent in the back like a lot of skirts and dresses do, so it's not revealing. My estimate is about 20" from the waistband, but like I said I'll check when I get home.

clkaufmann @abbylop7676 hi! Length wise, it’s 17” from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem. The 1.5” waistband has a little bit of stretch, the body of the skirt doesn’t have stretch. When laying flat, the waist measures 13” but can stretch up to 18”. The widest part of the body of the skirt when laying flat is 19” across. I believe it would fit a 28” waist, depending on your body shape and how high or low you wear it. Please let me know if I can provide any more information.
