Waist is cinched with two rows elastic and drawstring making this above-the-knee piece a One-Size-Fits-All. Waist Stretches from less than 22" to 54". CirclebHem all around is 114" wide. Label says Small. But it fits up to a xxx. One tassel missing from string.
