Ann Taylor Loft plaid white black skirt 10

Elegant in design, black and white plaid mini skirt with large patch pockets and button detail. Side zip closure (@7" Zipper) and hook/eye Fully Lined. Soft and substantial material with a smooth jersey feel that does not wrinkle easily. waist measures @17.5" while laying flat. skirt length is @21" from waist to hem **** However, I think the hem is out, this is how I purchased it and I never thought about it until looking at it to list. The hem you see is the manufactured seam at the end of the material but my experience has always been that a true hem has a rolled or tucked edge and a seam. this hem does not have that which leads me to think it didnt get finished out? I'm unsure but there is no damage, nor can you see where the hem may have been. I'm just wanting to ensure that whoever buys this beautiful skirt is aware of what I see - and you can see it in the photos as well. If not for the hem concern I would list it as NWOT as it has not been worn. Light collegiate Deep pockets.
