Ann Taylor Navy Pencil Skirt in a 0P. I’m about 5’7” and this hits at my knee when I have it just at my hips. Not a solid navy but has a very subtle pattern. The close up shows some hanger markers but they will iron out after a few wears. Perfect over tights for the winter
