Vibrant periwinkle blue button down blouse. NWT. This is a beautiful professional blouse. Fits true to size for Ann Taylor. I'm 5'2", 95-105 lbs, with a 30" bust. Just not the right color for me. The photos of the actual blouse are more true to the color than the stock image.
