Ann Taylor Pleated Hem Pencil Skirt in Charcoal Gray! Pleats at hem in front & back flutter and are exposed when you walk - SUPER cute on! CLASSY and SASSY!! Has STRETCH! Was one of my fave skirts - but my extra lbs will no longer allow me to be great (in this skirt)! Very slight pull on back of skirt - barely noticeable (see photo).
