This is a nice dressy blouse by Ann Taylor, tunic length. It fits slender in the bodice and then flares out at the hip slightly and is tunic length. The sleeves are similar to cap sleeves and are folded up at the edge. There is a decorative pocket. It has a nice silky feel to it and is more of a teal blue.
