Ties (same color/material) at the back. Fitted ruched bodice with thicker lining on top (no need for bra). Fully lined skirt (not see through). Lightweight and very comfy. Purchased directly at Ann Taylor several years ago, and wore only once to a beach wedding. Dry clean only.
