Ann Taylor Suiting Dress Size 4

Suiting dress from Ann Taylor, perfect with a blazer or by itself. Has a scoop neck that is tasteful but not stuffy. I loved this dress but it’s a little too snug for me. Cute stitching detail around the waist and Princess seams down the front for any additional tailoring. Color is a dark navy blue. It photographed as black but rest assured it is navy blue!
