@nailalee the size 2 measures 28 inches in the waist, 38 in the hips. The skirt is lined though, so I’d say you would subtract at least an inch or two for being able to move, etc. those are the actual exterior measurements.

The size 4 is 29 in the waist, just over 39 at widest part of the hips, and 26.5 in length. Exterior measurements, and it is lined.
