Lovely, vibrant blue dress with a v-neck in front and back that can be dressed up or down. Flowy A-line skirt. Ruched sleeves with a drawstring that can be tied at the neck or left to hang down. In very good used condition. Size is Small Petite but fits like a regular. Approximate measurements laying flat are 19" pit-to-pit, 14" waist (unstretched), 45" long. 12/18
