Ann Taylor Yellow/White Tweed Pencil Skirt, Size XS Petite

This is a pretty yellow and white tweed skirt highlighted with a two tiered ruffle bottom. Skirt is completely lined and has a 6.5 inch invisible side zipper with hook and eye closure. Fabric content of skirt is 59% cotton and 41% rayon; lining is 55% acetate and 45% rayon. Unfortunately, someone cut the size label out, so please refer to the measurements carefully. they are length 19.5 inches, waistband 26 inches, and hips measured 7 inches from waistband down 34 inches.
