@smshinkel Hello! No, it does not have a belt thing. It’s folded material. Let me steam the dress to give you a better idea. It was folded for awhile. I will add pictures today.

@smshinkel I added two more photos of the band steamed. This dress does not wrinkle easy. I did a poor job of storing it correctly. It’s better when it is on. I’m not a size 2 anymore, so I can’t model it for you. :). Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
