Ann Taylor blouse

Ann Taylor factory boat neck dress top with lace sleeve details. Sleeves are 3/4 length with lace detail. The bottom of the blouse has slits on the side. pit to pit 18" shoulder to hem 26.5" sleeve length from shoulder 18" Blouse was never worn, too small for me
