NWT - Ann Taylor blouse in classic black. V-neck, button-downs the front. The front collar area and the button line is adorned in subtle ruffles to give this blouse a dressier look. 3/4 length sleeves with buttoned sleeve hems. Tailored on the bottom so the blouse can be tucked in for left out. The lower back area has darts down it for a tailored look. A staple and classic. Brand new, never worn.
