There is a horizontal seam below breast which I used — below cup. Length: from top of spaghetti strap to hem is 44”.

pjasso925 I’m 5’ 8”, size 6-8, the dress falls an inch or so below my knee. The neck line is low cut and I’m not big breasted - the cups on the dress could use a bit more breasts than I have, But someone with much larger breasts might find it tight. Does that help?
