Ann Taylor factory, long sleeve, blouse, black and white size XS

This is a black and white long sleeve blouse by Ann Taylor factory in the size extra small. There is a mock neck with button closure made out of the stretchy waistband fabric. This fabric is also at the ends of the sleeves. There is nothing wrong with the button on the back.
