Ann Taylor fringe skirt, Like New

Like new Ann Taylor polka dot skirt. It is an XS and in near perfect condition. It is dark blue with very light blue dots. It has fringe on the bottom of the shirt. I’m 5’6” and the shirt hits an inch or so above my knees. I live in a pet and smoke free home. Let me know if you have any questions and/or concerns.
