Ann Taylor gray pencil skirt Italian fabric

Pencil skirt from Ann Taylor described as being made from “fine Italian fabrics.” The fabric tag is gone, but the fabric is slightly elastic with a very finely nubby texture. The skirt looks gray but is actually a very small woven black and white pattern. Fitted but flexible, with darting in the back and a central back slot. Great condition w two tiny flaws (pictured) — some of the black color has chipped off the zipper pull, and there is one thread that’s pulled a little bit. Neither are noticeable when worn. A little wrinkled from storage but that should smooth out when steamed.
