Ann Taylor high waisted paper bag shorts

Beautiful dressy shorts with pleats! Lined, with pockets. Button and hook closure. NOTE : I did move the button to alter the waist. Button can easily be moved back. These shorts ran big / generous. Waist is 28”. Top hem to bottom hem 16.5- 17”.
